7 พฤศจิกายน 2563 ปทุมธานี  อธิบดีกรมศิลปากรและกรมพัฒนาฝีมือแรงงานได้ร่วมลงนามในบันทึกข้อตกลงความร่วมมือ โครงการสร้างอาชีพช่างอนุรักษ์โบราณสถานในประเทศไทย ด้วยการสนับสนุนจากยูเนสโก กรุงเทพฯ และได้ร่วมเปิดงานปฐมนิเทศและทดสอบฝีมือเพื่อคัดเลือกเข้าแข่งขันฝีมือช่างอนุรักษ์สถาปัตยกรรมไม้ของไทย ที่มหาวิทยาลัยเทคโนโลยีราชมงคล ธัญบุรี
