TENDER ANNOUNCEMENT                                                                                                                Within framework of the Project Protecting and Promoting the Sudanese Cultural Heritage in a Social Development Perspective Rehabilitating the Sudan National Museum TENDER for Rehabilitation civil works sanitary works electrical works and air conditioning works and installationconstruction of new Exposition showcases multimedia system of the main building SUDAN NATIONAL MUSEUM TENDER Reference  KHAITBMuseum20213   Italy entrusted UNESCO to rehabilitate the Sudanese National Museum SNM its main building The main building of the SNM consists of three large halls the ground floor hall main exposition the 1st floor hall Christian frescos exposition and the store premises the visiting entrance area the pass to the 1sr floor hall and the WC area The objective of the project to rethink the exposition this concerns the ground floor 1st floor halls and pass between them and rehabilitate the building everything excepting the store premises A construction design company has been recruited to prepare design and tendering documents for rehabilitation of the Building in coordination with Exposition Design Company including Rehabilitation civil works sanitary works electrical works and air conditioning works and installationconstruction of new Exposition showcases multimedia system of The Main Building of the Sudanese National Museum SNM   This include 1 Demolishing works 2 Excavation and Earth works 3 Concrete works 4 Steel works 5 Brick works 6 Plaster works 7 Tiles works 8 Painting works 9 Sanitary works 10 Suspended ceiling works 11 Multimedia works 12 Gypsum board works 13 Showcases works 14 Doors Windows Partitions works 15 Electrical works 16 AC Units works            UNESCO Khartoum Office is inviting competent contractors with strong and highly regarded reputation within the industry to participate in and submit an offer for the Rehabilitation civil works sanitary works electrical works and air conditioning works and installationconstruction of new Exposition showcases multimedia system  of the Main Building of Sudan National Museum Tender Document will be received from UNESCO Khartoum Office Villa 363 Block 22 AlSalam St Al Taif Khartoum Town Khartoum State between 900 am to 1200 noon at no cost   CLOSING DATE 10 November 2021 AT 1200 noon SMT
