UNESCO fully engaged in GPW20

Geneva Peace Week 2020 (GPW20) aims to galvanise leadership, build trust and contribute to transforming international cooperation in the wake of COVID-19. Over 100 partners, including NGOs, International Organizations and Diplomatic Missions, will organize more than 70 events over five days, covering different angles and approaches to peacebuilding.

For the first time, this year’s Live Sessions will all take place online (virtually). Attendees can engage in panel discussions and workshops that have been prepared. In order to participate in live sessions, you must first register on the GPW20 website to attend.

UNESCO Geneva Liaison Office is fully engaged in GPW20 and is co-organizing 3 sessions and proposed artists for the Opening and Closing Ceremonies.
